Review: Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask

Hi loves! Welcome back to skincare week! If you missed yesterdays post, you can read all about it here. Its an wonderful cream for night time, which has just been amazing!

Today I have for you another amazing item :) Its an Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask (100ml, € 25.00) to clear pores.

The mask comes in a clear squeeze tube and is easy to get out the product and also see how much I have left.

The Active Charcoal in the mask acts like a magnet and helps to pull out the dirt in the pores. It also contains White China Clay, which absorbs environmental toxins and Lecithin helps to clear impurities.

I used it once or twice a week, depending my skin's needs. I apply it on cleansed skin and leave it on till its completely dry. I try to apply even layer all over the face, so it gets dry everywhere at the same time. It usually takes around 20 minutes for the mask to be completely dry.

After that I wash it off with warm water. It leaves my skin plumper, smoother, softer and my pores look clean.

It has become one of my favorite masks, because it takes care of my pores. I have always hard time keeping pores clean and this mask has been so handy. It also makes my complexion to look brighter.

Another favorite mask I have been loving from Origins is their Out of Trouble 10 minute Mask (review), which always calms my skin down. This mask and the charcoal mask have been what keeps my skin clear and out of trouble ;)

If you are interested in the Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask, I'll link it here (Netherlands and Belgium). If you are in the USA, you can find it here.

Review: 23 Years Old Badecasil Spot Clearing Cream

Hi loves! Welcome to skincare week :) I have some great skincare gems to share with you guys this week and the first one is 23 Years Old Badecasil Spot Clearing Cream (30g, $20.83).

This cream reminds me more of medicine the a skincare item. It comes in foil tube packaging and its easy to squeeze out the cream itself.

What they say:
Badecasil Cream is moisturizer that gently hydrates, exfoliates, and protects the skin. Badecasil penetrate deep into skin and clear away sebum and black heads. Badecasil Cream contains Betaine salicylate. It makes your skin deeply hydrating, lightweight wonder designed to smooth the complexion while reducing the appearance of wrinkles and discoloration. This expert essential delivers soft, healthy, glowing results.

It contains Jeju Sahn Bang Mountain’s carbonated thermal water, which is known as miracle beauty water. It has high percentage of Sodium Bicarbonate. It helps to make the skin clean and clear, and also helps to build strength to resist external stimulates.

The cream also contains 2% Betaine Salicylate, which helps to reduce blackheads and whiteheads. It also provides moisture to the skin.

The cream itself feels very light weight and it sinks into the skin instantly. There is 2 ways to use it: night time and instant use. I have been using it night times. I apply it as a last step in my skincare routine. It sinks into the skin really fast and I have been applying a generous amount of it. In the morning my skin is smoother, clearer and looks brighter.

For instant use is good to apply thick layer of it to dry patches and whiteheads. After 2 minutes wash it off. I haven't used it that way, so I'm not sure how it will work. This is good for people  who have sensitive skin, because it can feel tingling on skin.

I'm really happy I picked it up. It has made so much difference in skin and I think its going to be my must have item in my skincare routine. I love waking up with great skin :)

Its available on Wishtrend and I'll link it here, if you are interested.

Fall Beauty Trends | Adore Me

Hi loves! Today I have for you bit different post and it contains fashion. I find fall to be very romantic season with all the bright reds and orange shades in the nature. I like to wear deep berry lip mixed with clear and simple makeup. I have picked out from Adore Me something, which is so fall appropriate. Before we go into the post I want to tell you more about Adore Me. Its an online page to purchase gorgeous underwear and sleep wear

This picture is from

I love the deep grey set from Adore Me, it reminds me of autumn so much. Its in a deeper color, but the lace makes it so romantic. It would go perfectly with the deep berry lip and keep rest of my makeup simple and clean.

Another trend for the fall I definetly going to fallow, is keeping my hair natural. I find it so hard in the mornings to find time to style my hair.

Another beauty trends this autumn is illuminated complexion, so beauties get your highlighters out ;) I think I'll be rocking this trend as well, all year really. I'm so addicted to my highlighters.

This fall I'm definetly wearing deeper lace lingerie under my clothing and match it with deep berry lip and luminous complexion.

Which trends will you follow this Autumn?

Review: Benton Snail Bee High Content Mask Pack

Hi loves! As you my know by now I'm obsessed with sheet masks and today I'm sharing with you Benton Snail Bee High Content Mask Pack (20g, $2.18).

This sheet mask is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive. This masks helps to improve the condition of rough and damage skin, caused by stress  and pollution. It also promises to moisturize, sooth troubled skin, lift the skin and has cooling effect.

It contains Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water instead of water and also is used in Snail Secretion Filtrate.

I applied the sheet mask on cleansed skin and kept it on for 15 minutes. It can be o  up to 20 minutes. The mask is rich with the essence and fits my face well and I like it stays in place. With some sheet masks I feel like they will fall off, but its not the case with this one.

After removing the mask I patted in the extra essence, which was left on my skin from the mask and it did feel cooling when it was on the skin, so it would be great mask to have on summer. The essence sinked fast into my skin.

Whenever I use sheet masks I skip my usual serum and use right away my moisturizer. After my skincare routine was done, I noticed how soft and smooth this mask left my skin. After removing the masks I right away noticed my skin was brighter and lifted. You can see the rustles for yourself on the picture below.

I'm really pleased with this sheet mask and I see myself picking it up again and this time more then just one. I love the results I got with this masks and it felt so comfortable on skin :)

If you are interested in this gem, its available on Wish Trend. I'll link the page here.

Review: Artdeco Sounds of Beauty Blush Couture

Hi loves! Today I have for you a beautiful blush from Artdeco, which is from their new collection. Its their Sounds of Beauty Blush Couture (10g, £25.00).

The design of the blush is so pretty! It comes in a beautiful compact and has a mirror inside and the beautiful blush, which contains 3 different shades. I like to use the blush all the shades mixed together.

The formula of it is so soft and smooth. Its so easy to blend it out and its richly pigmented, which you can see on the picture down below.

The first swatch on the picture above is all the shades mixed together and is a perfect shade for autumn. Next to it is the middle shade, which is warm peachy brown shade and next to it is light apricot shade. The last shade on the picture above is the burgundy and its one of my favorite shade for fall. All together these make a perfect blush shade for me and I like you can control how deep you want the blush. If you want something lighter you can just pic up with the brush more the lighter shades.

The blush lasts on me all day without fading. In the evenings I would touch it up a bit, just to have more fresh look. On the picture below you can see how it looks on me. I have been wearing it all week and absolutely love it!

I'm every time reminded how much I enjoy Artdeco products when I pick something new up. I think next time I pick up some of their eye shadows to try. I already know I'm obsessed with their blushes. You can check out my last blush review here

If you are interested in this beauty, you can find it on Beauty Bay, I'll link it here.

Review: Bourjois Air Mat Foundation

Hi loves! I have always liked Bourjois foundations, but the shade selection is always wrong for me. This time I have Body Shop Lightening Drops (review) to take care of that problem. I have been testing out Bourjois Air Matte Foundation in shade 02 Vanilla (30 ml).

The foundation comes in a squeeze tube, which makes it easy to get the product out and is my second favorite kind of packaging after pump. I love it when foundations come with a pump.

The shade Vanilla is way too dark for me and I'm so happy I had the lightening drops in hand. I picked it up because my own foundation bottle broke and I was unable to use it, so I needed a new one and this looked the lightest shade I could find.

The first thing I noticed was the scent of it. It has a strong fragrance scent to it, which is fresh, so it doesn't bother me too much. I would like it more with out any scent.

It does give a full coverage and hides all my large pores and lasts on me all day. I have oily skin and not all foundations can take it. I like I don't loose the coverage with this foundation, but I still get oily. I apply it in the morning around 7 am and on lunch time I'm already oil. I don't mind blotting off the oil, as long the coverage stays and with this foundation it does.

The foundation feels light on my skin and I feel like my skin still can breath under the full coverage foundation. I hasn't brake me out or irritated my skin even though it is scented.

I'll try to get a demo video up tomorrow so you guys can see for yourself how it applies and looks on my skin.

I'm happy I picked it up and I love the staying powder and the coverage it give me. I have been loving it more then my loved MAC foundation (review), which says a lot. I love the matte finish it has and it feels on skin like nothing.

Review: Essence Girls Wanna Have Fun Collection

Hi loves! Today's post in one a Essence Girls Wanna Have Fun Collection, which I picked up when I was in Germany. I haven't seen it here in Belgium. I got the blush in shade 01 Who Run The World? Girls! (7g), highlighter in shade 01 Lady's Night (6g) and Eyeshadow quad in 01 Just Me & My Girls (7.1g).

The packaging is simple, clear compacts, which means I can see the beauty of the designs on the products. I specially love the highlighter with all the little hearts on it. The collection looks very girly :)

Lets start with the highlighter, which looks so cute by the way. The highlighter itself is nicely pigmented and does give a nice sheen to cheek bones, but its not too much and fits my pale skin tone perfectly.

The blush contains 3 different shades and I like to use it mixed all together. There is pinkish coral shade on top, in the middle is a light creamy shade and on bottom there is a light brown shade. The formula of it feels nice, but it is more to the powdery side, which I don't like (I also feel I can't complain about, because of the price point).

You can see everything swatch down below and the first swatch is everything mixed together. I like the blush shade of it, but I do need to reapply it. Its my least favorite products out of the 3 items I picked up.

The eyeshadow quad is my favorite out of all the items I picked up, because of the formula. These feel so buttery and soft to the touch and the staying powder is amazing as well. These stayed on me all day with out creasing. The only down side to this palette is that there is no dark shade to darken up the outer V. These all have shimmery finish and are to the lighter side. Whenever I use this quad I do need to use some of my other shadows for the crease and outer V.

I'm so surprised these stayed on me crease free all day (I always use an eyeshadow primer) and the colors didn't loose the vividness.

I'm happy about the eye shadow quad the most. Its so pretty and I love the formula of the shadows. I also like the highlighter, which looks beautiful. My least favorite item is the blush because its too powdery and doesn't stay on very long.

What do you think of this collection?
