Review: Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer | Light Bronzer

Hi loves! Today's review is on Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer and I have shade Light Bronzer (11g, €19.90). I'm late to try this bronzer, but better late then never.

The bronzer comes in a beautiful green tropical packaging. I love it has a clear lis, so I can see the product itself. It does have under the bronzer a compact with a mirror and an applicator, which I tossed. I like to apply it with my own brushes.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the compact is the tropical scent. Its very strong in the pan and I have to say I'm not the fan of it. Once I have applied the product and closed the compact I don't smell it anymore.

The formula of the bronzer feels so silky smooth and the shade Light Bronze fits my pale skin perfectly. It blends into the skin effortlessly and gives me sunkissed look.

You can see it swatched on the left. It is more warm tone bronzer and it's perfect to fake the tan. I wouldn't use it to carve out my cheek bones, because its too warm to look like a shadow.

Let's talk about the staying on power and I have to say I haven't noticed it to fade through out the day or get patchy.

I'm so happy I finally picked it up and have it in my routine. Its so wonderful bronzer and it gives natural bronzed up skin. I wish it didn't have the tropical scent to it, but I try not to let it bother me too much. The formula is just so good!

Have you tried it? Do you love it?

Thank you so much for watching! xo's

Green Mania with Colourpop

Hi loves! Today's video is on everything green! I made an order a month a go from Colourpop and I got all their gorgeous green makeup. Sorry guys but this is going to be a long post.

Lets start with the eyeshadow palette! I picked up their Just my Luck Pressed Powder Palette ($12.00).The palette comes in a green packaging and the name of the palette is in metallic letters. It looks on pictures bigger, then it is. Inside there is mirror and 9 eyeshadows: 4 matte, 1 matte with glitter through it and 4 metallics.

Overall the quality of the palette is amazing! There are some shadows that don't swatch so well, but I didn't have any issues using them on my eyelids. Everything blended out easily and I didn't experience any fall out. I tap off the excess before I apply it on the lid.

  • Chances Are - is a matte mint color. The formula is more powdery.
  • Kiss My Hass - is a matte spearmatte. It's the most powdery eyeshadows I own, but it applies evenly and its a beautiful color.
  • 50-50 - its not so-so as on the picture above marked. I made a mistake. It's metallic mossy green. Very beautiful shadow.
  • Big Banks - is a metallic jade. I don't think I own anything like this in my collection.
  • Mary Jane - is a metallic golden yellow green. I love this shade! I find it's so unique shade. I have to say in the pan it's more yellow.
  • Olive U - is a metallic olive green. It would make a beautiful smoky eye look.
  • Act Natural - is a matte emerald and one of the shades that swatches funny. It doesn't look even, but i haven't had that issue when I used it on eyes.
  • Mo Bamba - is a forest green. They say it's matte, but I can see glitter in it. It also doesn't swatch evenly, but on eyes it looks really nice and even.
  • Charmed - is a matte khaki olive. I have to say I haven't used it. The swatch doesn't make me wanna use it though.

Overall I'm really happy with this palette and love how well it lasts on me. No creasing and the eyeshadows don't fade. I do wear theBalm eye primer under all my eye looks. If you are interested in this palette I'll link it here.

Then I picked up from them Super Shock Shadow in shade Special Delivery ($6.00, link) and Super Shock Pressed Pigment in shade Fizz ($6.00, link).

The formula of the pigment and the shadow feel the same bouncy. It's my favorite eyeshadow formula ever and both shades are absolutely beautiful. These lasts on me all day, are full of color and sparkle. I usually like to apply this with a finger tip and then blend out the edges with a brush.

  • Fizz - is the pressed pigment and you can see I have hit pan already. Its my favorite! Its electric neon green with multi dimensional glitter in it. Its super fun color to have in my collection.
  • Special Delivery - is from the Super Shock Shadow family. Its icy sea foam green with golden glitter in it. I like to mix it together with the Fizz.

I also picked up some of their liners. Its my first time trying their liners and I have to say I'm really impressed by the quality. I got one of the liquid liners and 3 créme gel liner.

Let's start with the liquid liner and its called their BFF Liquid Liner ($8.00, link) and the shade is The Hills. It has a white packaging and has the brand and the product name on it in green. It has a felt tip liner and its not stiff.

Its richly pigmented and the color pay off is beautiful. I love how easy it is to use it and I get a sharp winged out liner so easily. It didn't bleed on me or fade through out the day. I'm so impressed by this liner and its just so affordable.

It didn't irrtate my eyes and I have very sensitive eyes and I have had bad experience with liners and mascaras in the past. So it was great to discover affordable version, which works and doesn't irritate my eyes. I also like they have tons of colors and next I want to order the black liner and also some mascaras.

I have 3 of their Créme Gel Liners ($5.50) and the shades are Teaspoon (link), Zulu (link) and Fast Lane (link). These are super creamy liners, which glide on the water line like a dream. These are pigmented and easy to blend out. I love to use these on the water line and under eyeshadows, when I want more dramatic effect. I also like I don't need to sharpen these. These are twist up, but be carful don't press too hard or they will brake.

  • Zulu - is a pastel sea foam green. It's the funnest liner I own in my collection. I love its still bright and is a unique color.
  • Teaspoon - is an intense emerald green. It's so beautiful color and I love how alive it can make a look.
  • Fast Lane - is a blackened teal. I like to use it when I do green cut crease. It makes carving the crease out so much easier.

I'm so happy I ended up picking these 3 shades. I think these are one of the most easiest liners to work with and I see myself picking up more shades.

The last item I'm going to share with you is their Ultra Matte Lip in shade Dr. M ($7.00, link). First of all this shade is so out of my comfort zone, but I still like it :)

It comes in a clear tube and has a classic doe foot applicator. Its in perfect size to apply the product and get a sharp lip. It has no scent to it or taste. It's super pigmented and one layer does the job. I do recommend using a lip balm under, because this formula is drying.

Dr. M is described as deep blackened green. It does have a kind of sheen to it, which looks so flattering on lips. But it does have a matte finish. I was so surprised how evenly this dark shade applied. Usually there is always an issue with darker shades and you end up applying 3 layers and it looks kind of funny, but not with this baby. So I'm supper happy with it and glad I picked something out of my comfort zone.

I have to say that I'm happy with everything I picked up from Colourpop. These are stunning products and I love how these all fit together and I can create beautiful monochromatic looks :)

Down below you can see the demo part of this review. I hope you guys enjoy the look.

Let me know what color should I do next?

Review: Nabla Close-up Collection Vol. 2

Hi loves! Today's post is on new Nabla collection. I picked up from the collection the 3 brushes: Foundation Buffer Brush (€13.50), Precision Powder Brush (€13.50) , Big Powder Brush (€14.50), Close-up Futuristic Foundation (€25.90) in shade L40 Light and the Close-up Smoothing Pressed Powder (€22.00) in shade Light. I didn't get the sponge though.

Lets start with the Close-up Futuristic Foundation (30ml). The foundation comes in 20 different shades. I picked for myself L40 Light, which is described to fit fair complexion with warm yellow under tones. This shade unfortunately is not perfect match for me and I have been mixing it with something to lighten it up. The under tones are perfect though. I think it will fit me perfectly once I have tan going on.

The formula is light weight and it blends into the skin seamlessly. It has more matte finish to it, which I like and it doesn't feel heavy on skin. It gives me medium coverage and I can build it up more if I want to. I usually I go for medium coverage and you concealer on place I need.

The stying powder of it is good. I do get through out the day oily, but that happens with all the foundations I have tried in my life. I don't loose any coverage through out the day and thats important. I can take care of the oiliness easily, but building up the coverage is just too much work.

Lets continue with the Close-up Smoothing Pressed Powder and I have the shade Light (11.5g). All together there is 3 shades available and I have the lightest one. I usually don't like pressed powder to set my foundation, but this works so well. It set everything and leaves my skin velvety smooth. It also feels so light weight on skin. It helps to minimize the look of pores and fine lies, because its formulate with soft focus ingredients.

This doesn't keep me matte as long as their loose powder from the same range. Its my favorite powder and I can see myself using only that one, but the pressed version is great to have on the go when I need to deal with oily skin. I like how light it feels on the skin.

We have only left to talk about the brushes and let's start with the Foundation Buffer Brush. This is so soft brush and its made of patented ultra soft synthetic bristles. Its more to the smaller size, but it makes buffing foundation into the skin easy and it doesn't leave behind any brush strokes.

The collection also contains Precision Powder Bush, which is ideal to set the under eye area and around the nose. I love its flat and tapered on the top. It also can be used to do contouring.

The last brush is the Big Powder Brush, which is ideal to powder rest of the face. It picks up just the right amount of products and its doesn't move around any of the foundation I have applied before.

I'm very happy with the collection. The brushes are absolutely beautiful and I want to see a full brush collection from them in the future. I love how soft these are and these haven't lost any hairs. I have been using these non stop since I got them.

The pressed powder is beautiful and perfect for touch ups. I adore the packaging. It looks absolutely gorgeous and perfect to have in my handbag. I love it has a mirror inside.

I do like the foundation. Its beautiful products and I see myself repurchasing it after I use it up and I'll get something lighter. Its just bit too dark for me.

If you are interested you can check everything out for yourself here. Their complexion products are gorgeous, highly recommend.

Down below you can see the demo part of this video. Hope you like it :)

Will you pick anything up from this collection?

Review: Medusa's Makeup Eye Dust

Hi loves! Today's review is on Medusa's Makeup Eye Dusts in shade Pretty in Pink (Link) and Penny Wise (link). I got these in a subscription box, which is Medusa's Makeup own box. It's a great way to try out different products form the brand.

These come in clear little jars and have a shifter in it, which doesn't let all the product tp come out. The lid has the brand name and logo on it.

As you can see on the picture these are not great for travel. The product wants to come all in the top and it can make using it messy. I won't make the mistake to take this type of product to travel with me.

The 2 shades I have are extremely pigmented and have metallic finish to them. These bring any eye look to the next level. I also like their products are cruelty free and vegan.

On the left you can see both shades swatched. The Pretty in Pink is a light pink metallic shade with lilac shift to it. It's so beautiful shade.

Penny Wise is a stunning true copper shade with metallic finish. It's so reflective and full of color. I love to use it all over the lid when I go for more bronzy coppery eye look. I can see myself using it a lot this summer.

These lasted on me all day with out fading or creasing through out the day. I do use eyeshadow primer under my every eye look. It does wonders, highly recommend do it. It will change your eyeshadow game.

I didn't experience any irritation with these eyeshadows and I do have sensitive eyes. I have been using these on and off for months now. Also these can be used on lips and body.

I'm so happy with these and I don't mind the mess mineral makeup can do. You can get fall out with it, if you are not careful, but so far I haven't. I'm so happy with these and highly recommend checking the brand out. You can find their online store here.

Have you tried anything from the brand?

Review: Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

Hi loves! Today's review is on Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (200ml, £27.00), which I have been using as my evening cleanser after I have removed my makeup.

This comes in a pastel green squeeze tube packaging. It's easy to get the products out and the formula of it is nice and creamy, so its not too hard to squeeze it out. It's a 2 step cleanser, which also gently exfoliates the skin.

This cleanser claims to remove daily grime, makeup, even mascara (I have never used it on eyes, so I don't know how well it works to remove mascara) and promises to leave the skin smooth and clean. They advise to use it with muslin cloth, which helps to remove dead skin cells and makes the skin look radiant and fresh. I can be used daily in the mornings and evenings. I have been using it in the evenings as my second cleanser.

The formula of it is creamy and nourishing. It contains cocoa butter, which helps to soften, smooth and moisturize the skin. Rosemary, chamomile and eucalyptus tone, smooth and purify the skin. Down below you can find the full ingredients list.

Ingredients: Aqua (water), Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, Cetearyl alcohol, Cetyl esters, Cera alba (beeswax), Glycerin, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan stearate, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, Humulus lupulus (hops) extract, Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, Propylene glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Panthenol, Benzoic acid, Dehydroacetic acid, Sorbitol, Limonene, Ethylhexylglycerin, Polyaminopropyl biguanide, Citric acid, Sodium hydroxide.

How to use: First massage it onto dry skin. It can be use all over the face, even eyes. I just haven't been doing it. Use circular movements from center of your face outwards. Then take the muslin cloth and rinse it in hand hot water and wring out before gently polishing off the cream. After that wash your face with cool water.

Every time I use this cleanser my skin feels so fresh and clean. It doesn't dry my skin out even on winter moths when weather has been cooler. It always keeps my skin feeling clean Its so nice cleanser and I already have a backup of it. Thats how much I like it :)

Have you tried this cleanser? Do you like it as much as I do?

Thank you so much for reading! xo's

Review: Rouge Bunny Rouge Seas of Illumination Highlighting Liquid | Sea of Clouds

Hi loves! Today's review is on  Rouge Bunny Rouge Seas of Illumination Highlighting Liquid in shade Sea of Clouds (15ml, €38.00). Its water base highlighter and is available in 3 different shades.

It comes ins frosted glass bottle and has a pump. It's easy to get out as much product as I need and I like I see the shade I have. It can be used under foundation, mixed in or on top the makeup. I like i can create intense and soft looks with it. Its so beautiful liquid highlighter and it blends into the skin easily.

There is so many ways you can use this product. Sometimes I like to apply it all over the face before I apply my foundation for all over glow. It doesn't make me look creasy, which is a worry for me, because I do have oily skin. I also like to use it on top of the foundation to add more intenser glow to my cheek bones.

Above you can see the swatch of the products, on the left you can see how it looks not blended out and on the right I blended it into the skin and it gives the skin healthy glow. I can also build it up on part I want more glow.

I'm supper happy with this liquid highlighter and it makes me wanna try more liquid highlighters. I usually stick to powder highlighters, but liquid highlighters are fun too. If you are interested you can find it here. They have special price for it at the moment, which €26.60.

Do you like liquid or powder highlighters?
