Review: Natura Siberica Northern Soap

Hi beauties! I haven't done as much skincare reviews as makeup product reviews and its time to change it and share my thoughts on some great products that I have been trying out lately :)

Today I wanna share with you my thoughts on Natura Siberica Northen Soap - Detox For Deep Facial Cleansing (120 ml, 19.50). I picked it up when I was in Estonia and the reason why I bought it was how good it smelled :)

What they say:

This soap is produced based on charcoal – a highly-effective absorbent, which easily absorbs impurities from skin pores - and our “Northern mixture” – oils and extracts of wild herbs and berries, picked in the North of Russia and Siberia. Northern soap has wonderful purifying, antioxidant, moisturizing and soothing properties, thanks to oblepikha oil and nanai limonnik, contained in its formula.

My thoughts:

The packaging of this product is simple black jar and it comes with a sponge. The product itself looks black as well. When I used it the first time it felt bit odd, because my face was black :) But the smell of it is amazing!

I love that their products are made with wild herbs and flowers. I have been using it a month now and I really like it. I feel like my skin is much softer and cleaner after I use it. I find it doesn't dry out my skin, which is always a good thing. Another good thing about this product is that its organic. I feel like my skin looks much nicer after I have started using it.

How to use:

You wet the sponge it come with and you take with it the soap from the jar and apply it to dry skin. Avoid the lip and eye area. Massage gently and then rinse it off with warm water. After that wash the sponge. You can use it once or twice a week.

Overall i'm loving this product and wanna try out more of their skincare product. If you are interested in their products or wanna know more about the brand you can check out their webpage from here.

Have you tried any of Natura Siberica products? What do you think?

Thanks for reading! :)

  7. I love a good charcoal mask, I wonder if this can be used that way? By just leaving it on the face for a few minutes before washing it off? Is it thick? (I see you said your face was black, so that leads to me think that it does leave a sort of layer on the skin?) Thanks hun. Great review!

  8. @ Telina A - Thanks! xo's

@ Kimmy - Thanks! Its quite thick , but I'm not sure if its good idea to use it as a mask. It might be too dry for the skin if you keep it on too long. xo's
