Review: Maybelline Baby Skin

Hi beauties! I was quite excited when I got Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser (20 ml) in a beauty swap. I have heard so many good reviews about it and had high expectations for it.

It comes in squeeze tube packaging, which doesn't take up a lot of room and is travel friendly.

Its clear primer and has silicon feel to it. i didn't notice that it did a good job blurring my pores. When I was wearing it I also noticed that I didn't get as oily as usual, but I still got oily. That's the only plus I can say about this product. I'm not a fan of the silicon feel and it seriously didn't do anything! Its rather short review, but I don't have anything else to say about it. I don't like it and wouldn't recommended it to anyone.

Thanks for reading! :)

  2. Thanks for the tip! I'm a fan of Maybelline lip balm and powder but their BB cream isn't very good either.

  3. I heard the same as you said, not a good product. Too bad because it would be really nice to see some good primers at the drugstore!

  6. I wasn't a fan of this either! L'oreal makes better primers IMO. :-)

The two polishes do look very similar! On a completely different note, I just picked up one of the MAC Heirloom pigment sets (Rose Pigments) - they are so beautiful.

I loved the way that you put this together and of course, I loved learning more about you! You know, I use to be a vegetarian! But I definitely don't eat that way anymore - I enjoy a good cut of red meat now and again. I could probably live without chicken though. My favourite answer "any profanity laden hip hop song". Love it! xo

@ Kimmy - I haven't used that many L'Oreal ones, but the one I have was pretty good :) I tried being vegan too but its too hard. I was hungry all the time :D I think I like my meat too much for that. Thanks for stopping by! xo's

@ Naffy - I have yet to try Bourjois primers. I have been using Body Shop primer, which I love :)

@ Kay - Don't do it ;) Its not good!

@ Sophia - I have heard the same thing. If this is a dupe for it I'm never going to spend the money on it :/
