Review: Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream

Hi beauties! As much as I have tried western CC creams I have to say I haven't been a fan till now :) Oriflame Giordani CC cream SPF 35 (40 ml, 23 EUR - full price) is amazing and I have it in shade Light and its a perfect mach for me. There is one more shade available.

The packaging of this CC cream is very simple squeeze tube, but at the same time it looks stylish :) You can control how much product comes out easily, which I like. There is no wasting!

This CC cream is actually meant for dry skin and it gives your skin very illuminating finish. So I have oily skin and you might think what in the hell I was thinking...I have to say I don't know what I was thinking when I got it :D Nonetheless I made it work for me and I like the result I get with it. It doesn't make me more oily then I already am  and I use it as my morning moisturizer.

I was very surprised when I didn't lose any coverage through out the day. It staid put all day! I did use blotting tissues through out the day (I need to use them with my other foundations as well) and added some powder and that's all I needed to do. It didn't cake up on me or disappear in some parts.

Here are before and after pictures:

It made my skin tone more even and concealed the impurities.

Oriflame Giordani Gold CC cream has a strong scent to it and I like the fresh scent it has, but some beauties might not like it..I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation when I was using it. Overall I'm happy with it and its a great product if you go for no makeup makeup look. And also it has SPF 35 in it, so you are protected from the sun, which is important even on winter :)

If you are from Netherlands you can find it on Ofriflame site (link). You can always get their products on offer, so you don't have to pay the full price for it.

Which is your favorite Oriflame product?

Thanks for reading! :)

  1. I thought this would be fab, then I saw Castor Oil and my skin can't deal with it too well x

  2. This looks like a great product! At the moment I'm on the look out for a good cc cream for days when I just want to let my skin breathe a little. My main issue is redness and uneven skin tone and this looks like it did a great job on your (already beautiful) skin so there might be some hope for me too! Great review xx

  3. Ooh this sounds like a really nice product xx

  4. I never tried a CC cream in my life haha
Don't know why but I'm just not buying into that trend so much. I have to stick to foundations due to hyper-pigmentation and what not but this does look nice!

  5. This sounds lovely, I love Oriflame :)

  6. @ Candice - Thanks :)

    @ beautyqueenuk - that's a shame :(

    @ Sheri - Thanks! xo's

@ Kristina - Before I tried Korean CC cream I was the same way ;)

    @ Jessica - me too :)

  7. Everytime I see a CC product review I just think 'why haven't I bought myself one of these yet?!'
And yet again I really want to try one! :)

  8. Oh Laura you have beautiful skin! So fresh and young looking! This sounds great x

  9. I have never tried a CC cream in my life, im not sure I really know what they are!

  10. wow, looks amazing on you! I still haven't tried a CC cream yet.

  11. @ Floral Danielle - I was the same way, till I got my first CC cream in Memebox and I fell in love right away :)

    @ Julie - Thank you Julie! xo's

    @ Kay - Thank you! xo's

  12. I think that's not yet available here in Ph. What's the difference from a BB cream?

  13. I never came across this CC cream. I have dry skin so I am planning to try it out this winter!

  14. I need to try this because I want something like this for my skin. Thanks so much for the review. (:
