Review: NYX Pore Filler

Hi beauties! As you may know the previous primer I tried from NYX wasn't my cup of tea (review), but their Pore Filler (20 ml, 15.99 EUR) is brilliant.

The primer comes in a white squeeze tube packaging, which allows  me to get out just the right amount of product. The formula of it is oil free and contains vitamin E. It can be used as base, wear on it own or on top of the makeup.

The shade of the primer is nude and it blends into the skin easily. My pores look smaller and it leave my skin matte and velvet smooth.

I have been using it all through August as my base and have love the results it gives me. My makeup stays on noticeably longer and I don't get as oily.

I also have tried on top of my makeup and it makes my skin matte instantly, like there wasn't any oiliness going on at all.

As you can see the primer does a great job making my pores look so much smaller and my skin looks instantly matte. I do need to do touch up around 4 pm, which is normal, because of my oily skin.

There is no scent to the product and NYX products are cruelty free. Also this primer hasn't broke me out or irritated my skin in any way.

I'm very impressed with this primer and at the moment its my favorite primer out of all the primers I own. I like how it feels on skin and how well my makeup applies and lasts with this little gem.

If you are interested in this primer, you can find it here.

Have you tried NYX Pore Filler before?

Thanks for reading! xo's

  12. I'm not a huge fan of primers (especially pore fillers/minimizers) because they tend to feel so thick and heavy on my skin. This one looks like it might be more light weight though, is it? If it is, it might be one I need to try, as my pores could definitely use some help!

  13. @ Maria-Isabel Gridley - its doesn't feel heavy on skin at all. After applying it I still feel like my skin can breath
