Hi loves! The last post this skincare week is on Missha Super Aqua Cell Renew Snail Sleeping Mask (110ml, €19.90).
The mask comes in silver yellow squeeze tube packaging. It contains 15% snail slime extract, which helps to firm the skin and improves skin texture. It also contains baobab extract for moisture activation. It protects the skin from dryness. Deep sea water helps to restore and absorb the moisture in the skin, and the botanical stem cell extract helps to keep the skin clean and clear. This night mask promises to make the skin soft and hydrated.
The formula is free of parabens, colorant and mineral oil. I like when brands come out with products, which don't contains any parabens. But it does contain fragrance, which might not be something everyone likes. The scent of it is fresh and light. It hasn't cause my skin any irritation or brake out. The scent is not strong, so it hasn't bothered me, I actually like it, reminds me spa.
I used it as a last step in my skincare routine in the evenings. Whenever I use this sleeping mask I do skip the face oil. I apply it after my night cream all over my face and go to bed.
At first glance the formula seems like it would be thick, but once I apply it on skin, it feels light like a lotion. It feels bit sticky at first, but the feeling goes away once the mask sinks into the skin.
In the morning I wake up with soft and hydrated skin. I wash my face with my regular cleanser and sometimes I wash only with water for better moisturizing benefit. I have been using it on and off for months now and I do like to take it out when the weather is colder and I feel my skin looses more moisture.
I'm really happy I picked this up and I highly recommend it, if you feel like your skin looses moisture during colder months. Its available here.
Which is your favorite night mask?
