Review: Milani Cosmetics Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation+Concealer | 00A Porcelain

Hi loves! Today's review is on Milani Cosmetics Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation+Concealer and I have the shade 00A Porcelain (30ml, €14.00). There is altogether 29 shades available.

The foundation comes in a glass bottle and has a pump. It's my kind of packaging and I can get out as much product as I wan. When I use it with beauty blender I use 2 pumps and get full coverage. I find with brush I get too heavy application and it doesn't look as nice.

The shade Porcelain is just slightly too light for my skin tone. It does blend into my skin easily and with bit of bronzer I can make it look like it matches me. Down below you can see the swatch of it.

I have oily to combo skin type and at the moment I'm more combo. This foundation lasts on me well. I still do get oily in the t-zone after 6 hours of wear time, which I find is very good. Usually with other foundations the oils brake through sooner. I so set it with loose powder and it doesn't get cakey one me.

IngredientsWater (Aqua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Isononyl Isononanoate, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Butylene Glycol, Mica, Glycerin, BIS-PEG/PPG-14/14 Dimethicone, VP/Eicosene Copolymer, Bis-Vinyl Dimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, Ozokerite, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Glycereth-18 Ethylhexanoate, Potassium Sorbate, Silica, Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Xanthan Gum, Isododecane, Propylene Carbonate, Prunus Domestica Fruit Extract, Glycereth-18, Aluminum Dimyristate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Disodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Allantoin, C30-45 Alkyl Cetearyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Polyisobutene, C18-21 Alkane. +/- May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).

Down below you can see the demo part of this review. I hope you enjoy the video.

Overall I do like this foundation. I can't use it all the time, because I get little brake outs from it. If I mix it in with something else it doesn't happen. I have been using it for few days now and so far my skin has been clear, no break outs. It also can be something hormonal or I used heavier skincare products, which can also cause little brake outs.

Have you tried this foundation before?

Review: Artdeco Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow

Hi loves! How are you doing? Today's post is a review on Artdeco Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow (5ml, €20.00).

These beauties I picked up when I was in Estonia. These come in clear tube packaging and have black cap. I love I can see the product itself. On the side there is written the brand and the name of the product. These have classic doe foot applicator. There is only 3 shades available at the moment.

These are super reflective liquid glitter eyeshadows. I love to use them which ever way I can. It has been the best discovery this year. These are formulated with out mineral oil, fragrance and parabens. These have light gel texture and can be worn on it own or on top of other eyeshadows.

The gel is 60% water base, which feels light weight on the lid and applies evenly and is easy to blend out with finger tip. The gel is filled with super fine glitter and pigment, which makes these super unique. Once these set there is no moving these. These stay all day without flaking off.

You can see all 3 shades swatched above. Rose Gold is beautiful pinky  golden shade with gold glitter in it. Next we have Moonstone, which is cool tone shade with lilac, blue and green glitter in it. The last shade is Purple Sky, which is perfect for smoky eye. It has purple base and has blue and green glitter in it. It's perfect to do dramatic evening eye look.

I find these are brilliant, if you wanna use glitter and don't want to deal with the mess. These blend out beautifully with finger tip and stay put all day. I do like to use the lighter shades day time and the purple one I keep for evening looks.

Do you like this type of liquid eyeshadows?

Review: Beauty Bigbang Cosmetics

Hi loves! Beauty Bigbang Cosmetics was kind enough to send me some of their products to try and I'm finally ready to share my thoughts on them. All my thoughts are 100% on my own.

And lets start with the products I like the most. I would even say love ;) It's the Unicorn Makeup Brush Set ($8.99, link). It includes 7 brushes: 3 brushes for eyes and 4 face brushes. These have synthetic bristles and have colorful handle. The have bit of weight to them, so they don't have that cheap feel to them.

I do wanna apologize that my brushes are not as clean. I'm constantly using them and I just used them before taking the pictures. I forgot to take the pictures before. I know it's not very professional of me. But on other hand it shows how much I like them <3

On the picture above you can see the powder brush, which is excellent to apply the powder on the under eye area or bronze up the complexion. Next to the powder brush (below) is my contouring/highlighting brush. There is no names on the brushes, so I named them as I use them. You might wanna use it these brushes for something else.

On the picture above (on the left) you can see 2 more face brushes. The one above I like to use as my foundation brush, when I use medium coverage foundations. It's also good brush to blend powders out. Under it is smaller version of the powder brush, which is great to apply blush or matte highlighting powder under the eye area.

Like I mentioned the kit includes 3 eyeshadow brushes, which are above on the right. On top there is angled liner or brow brush. I personally haven't found a use to it, because its too thick for my liking. Under it is pencil brush, which I also haven't used, because the bristles are too long for my preference. Next is a shadow brush. It's great to apply darker shades into the crease or to apply brow bone highlighter. Its so soft and it doesn't irritate my eye area, which is sensitive and the skin there is gentle.

Next is the Loose Powder in shade 01 Ivory ($2.99, 48g, link). There is altogether 3 shades available. It's super fine loose powder, which gives this velvet finish to the skin. It comes in a plastic jar and has a black cap with the brands logo and the product name on it.

I find I have to apply it a lot to get this velvet finish I'm use to getting with loose powder. Because of that it's not my favorite, but it's not bad powder. It keeps me matte longer then any other powders in my collection, even the Nabla powder (review). I have combo skin type with oily t-zone and I start getting oily after 7 hours with this powder. That makes me come back to this one and I just need to get over the application part.

The last item I'm going to talk about, is their Blush, Highlight & Contour ($2.99, link). It comes in a back compact and has a mirror in it. Inside there is 3 powders: contour/bronzing shade, blush and a highlighter. Its very compact and great for travel. There is altogether 6 shades available.

Why I picked this compact is the blush shade. It just kind of called to me. It's this perfect peachy pink shade, which fits my pale skin perfectly and the highlighter isn't bad either. It's this bale gold shade, which is perfect for my skin tone. I don't know what happened with the contouring shade though, because it looks dark brown. It would make a beautiful eyeshadow, but as contour shade its too dark and warm, at least for me.

These are all pigmented, specially the contour shade. The blush is definitely more buildable shade. I haven't used the contour shade, but the blush and highlighter blend into the skin beautifully and look natural. These last with out fading or getting patch more than 7 hours. Stays fresh all day, which I love about the product and keeps me coming back to it.

Down below you can see the demo part of this review. I hope you enjoy it :)

They did give me discount code, which is LALAGX10  and it gives you 10% off your order. I'll not be making any money through it. I do think the brushes and the powder is worth checking out. I would say even the face trio, but the contouring shade seems on all shades really dark. But I think it's not bad to spend $3.00 for a beautiful blush shade.

Have you tried anything from them?

Review: theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Long-Lasting Liquid Lipstick

Hi loves! How are you? I'm happy to share with you today theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Long-Lasting Liquid Lipsticks in shade Sincere and Affectionate (7.4ml). There is 18 shades available.

These come in clear tubes and have silver caps. These have classical doe foot applicator, which makes applying the color so easy. The formula of these feel light weight on lips, but these are pigmented. They dry down to matte finish and last on long time. These do fade in the middle a little, but its easy to do a touch up and it doesn't look weird after that. It still looks nice and fresh.

On the left you can see swatches of both shades. Sincere is my favorite out of the two. Its perfect everyday color to me and I always get complements when I wear it. Affectionate is plum shade and its the only purple shade I can pull off. I don't wear it often, but when I do it looks stunning.

I find theBalm liquid lipsticks are beautiful. They are drying, but not as much as the Colourpop Matte Lips are. The colors are beautiful and I like how light it feels on lips. Super happy I ended up getting these. If you are interested I like them here.

Have you tried these before?

Review: Bobbi Brown Highlight & Glow Highlighting Powder Duo

Hi loves! Today's post is on the most beautiful thing ever and it's Bobbi Brown Highlight & Glow Highlighting Powder Duo (18g, €79.00).

The packaging of this duo is so stunning and it has glitter on the lid and it actually moves. I'll add little video down below, so you can see what I mean. The packaging is super luxuries and inside there is full size mirror and 2 gorgeous highlighters in shade Bare Glow and Opal Glow. These are deluxe sizes.

You can see both shades swatched on the left. The formula of these feel silky smooth and they give the most gorgeous glow to the cheek bones. The powders have clear base and is filled with light reflective pigments. I have been using mostly Opal Glow. It's my favorite out of the two.

These look beautiful on their, but I like I can layer these to get more multidimensional look. This is a pricy number, but its absolutely gorgeous duo inside and out. It would make a perfect gift for a makeup lover and I'm so lucky my husband gifted it to me for Christmas. If you are interested checking it out for yourself, you can find it here.

Which is your favorite highlighter?

Review: Nabla Holiday Collection 2018

Hi loves! I wanted to get this post up sooner, but I did wanna test everything out and this year's Nabla Holiday Collection is huge! I don't know even where to start. This collection contains 2 highlighters, eyeliner, 4 lip glosses, 3 liquid lipsticks, 5 lip kits, 2 highlighting brushes and 10 eyeshadow brushes.

Makeup:

This collection contains 2 Glow Trip Highlighters in shade Crown and Divinizer (6.5g). These come in clear plastic compacts and I can see through the lid the beautiful highlighter. The lid has only the brands name on it. The pattern of the highlighters is so stunning!

  • Crown - is champagne gold and I have been wearing it the most.
  • Divinizer - is peach-magenta and gold duochrome. It's also gorgeous, but I find I can't pull it off with every look.

On the left you can see both shades swatched and Crown is more intense than Divinizer. These have mirrored finish and the formula is super light, transparent and it melts into the skin. It blends out easily and you can build it up for more intense look, if you want. These can also be used dry and wet.

Next we have Nabla Serial Liner  (0.8ml) and this is precision liquid waterproof liner. It has metallic packaging and is the size of a pen. It has a fine brush tip, which I love and it lets me create perfect winged out liner.

The formula of it is waterproof and it stays put all day. It doesn't smudge or flake through out the day. It's also dermatologist tested. It is also super pigmented! It usually doesn't bleed on me, but it did bleed on me once, when I applied too much product at once. Now days it hasn't bleed on me and I have used it since December. It's still as black and pigmented.

This collection contains 4 Shine Theory Lip Glosses and the shades are Lethal Nude, Dresscode, Syrup and Crazy Dimond (2.5g, €11.90). The glosses come in clear tubes and have traditional doe foot applicator. These have 2 different formulas one, which is pigmented like a lipstick with glossy finish and the second one is clear base with tons of micro glitter in it. It makes it the perfect topper.

These lip glosses are not sticky and feel on lips light weight. Whenever I use these my lips look so much bigger. I also wanna mention these have a slight sweet scent to them, but it's not too strong.

  • Lethal Nude - is light rosy warm beige shade and its from the pigment formula family.
  • Dresscode - is medium mauve nude and is from the full pigment family.
  • Crazy Diamond - is clear gloss with red, coral, platinum and magenta  mini sparkles. It's from the 3D reflect family. I do feel the sparkles on the lips.
  • Syrup - is medium dark reddish nude from the full pigment family.

This collection also contains 3 Dreamy Matte Liquid Lipsticks in shade Berry Bite (3ml, €14.90), Lysergic Red (2.5g, €14.90) and Baudelaire (3ml, €14.90). For the holiday season their liquid lipsticks come in floral platinum gold pattern, which looks so beautiful. These have traditional doe foot applicator and have sweet vanilla coconut scent to them. The formula is with shea butter to keep the lips hydrated through out the day. These are also dermatologically tested.

I love their liquid lipsticks. These last long, but these do fade in the middle when I have had food. I can easily do touch ups and it doesn't look weird when I do so. These are drying, but not as much as some others in my collection. I can use these daily, if I want to.

  • Berry Bite - is berry shade with matte finish.
  • Lysergic Red - is a metallic fiery red. Super unique shade.
  • Baudelaire - is a matte deep cinnamon red.

The final makeup items in this collection are 5 of the Dreamy Lip Kits Rose Ed. (€18.90) and the shades are Placebo, Melrose, Attractive, Vivid Velvet, Romanticized. The kits contain Dreamy Matte Liquid Lipstick and Velvetline Lipliner. Everything has the limited edition Rose Edition packaging. The liquid lipsticks in the kits are all pigmented and glide on easily. I did have issues applying some of their Velvetline Lipliners, which are waterproof. Usually these glide on like a dream, but 2 shades where harder to apply, which are Melrose and Vivid Velvet.

  • Melrose - is a matte chestnut rose. It's beautiful shade, but the liner is hard to apply.
  • Vivid Velvet - is a matte pure bright fuchsia. The liner is not as creamy, but its so beautiful and fun shade. I did notice it stained my lips.

  • Placebo - is a matte pomegranate red.
  • Romanticized - is a matte rosy mauve. It has been my everyday color.
  • Attractive - is a matte medium light nude brown.

Brushes & Accessories:

This collection contains a beautiful Glowy Makeup Bag (€12.90), which fits everything in it. The bag has platinum gold metallic texture and the size of the bag is 20 cm x 13 cm x 6 cm. I find it so useful to have it on the go. It fits all my essential makeup items.

On the picture above you can also see another bag, which is smaller. It's also made by the same material. In it came the White Rose Eye Brush Set. The White Rose Eye Brush Set (€ 46,00) contains 10 eye brushes and these are synthetic brushes.

  • Cut Crease Maker - It's perfect to make the cut crease or to carve out the brows.
  • Soft Crease - is perfect to apply the crease color. It's also super soft.
  • Large Shade - is so soft brush and I love using it in the crease to apply darker eye shadow.
  • Precision Buffer - is perfect to blend out the edges and also the lower lash line.

  • Dab & Smudge - is perfect to smudge out a pencil and the bristles are so soft and it doesn't hurt the delicate eye area.
  • Precision Shader - is another soft brush, which is excellent to apply darker colors to crease and blend.

  • Liner & Brows - I do like it for brows, but for liner its bit too long for my liking.
  • Lip & Detail - it's perfect to apply lipstick and apply glitter or highlighter in the inner corner of the eye.
  • Lashline Smudger - is perfect brush to get really close to the lash line
  • Small Pencil - I have to say I haven't found use for this one yet.

Next in the collection are 2 brushes to apply highlighters. There's Fan Brush (€11.50) and Highlighter Brush (€11.50). Both brushes are cruelty free and have synthetic bristles. Nabla recommends to use the Fan Brush to blend out your highlighter. I have used both to apply it and I prefer the Highlighter brush.

This is it for this post! I know it was super long one. I hope you enjoyed it and if you are interested in any of the products you can find the collection here.

On the video down below you can see lip swatches :)

Have you tried anything from the new collection?

Thank you so much for reading! xo's
