Review: Nabla Poison Garden Pressed Pigment Palette

Hi loves! Today's post is on Nabla Poison Garden Pressed Pigment Palette (13.5g, €39.90). The packaging is absolutely gorgeous with black roses on the top and under is mix of jeweled tones. It gives very mystical feel to it. The palette closes magnetically and inside there is mirror and 15 pressed pigments (9 matte, 6 shimmer/metallic). Their products are vegan, cruelty free and its made in Italy. This palette is also dermatologically tested.

The formula of the shadows is beautiful! These feel so buttery and silky to the touch and is pleasure to work with. I love this palette has choices. I can create very warm tone looks with it, but I can also go for cool tones. I love when brands come out with palettes that are not only one tone and I can create so many different looks with it.

The eyeshadows are pigmented and bendable. I did have issues with few shades, but in the end it worked out. It just took bit longer to blend. I didn't get any fall out with these and these lasted on me all day with out fading or creasing. I do wanna mention I always use eyeshadow primer under my eye looks.

Down below you can see all the shadows swatched. I don't use any primer under my swatches.

  • Zodiac - is a deep midnight blue and is from the super matte family. I did have issues bit issues blending it out.
  • Fabric -  is a sandy champagne from fluid metal family. Its one of my favorites from the palette, so pretty.
  • Adoration - is a wet effect top coat with cobalt, indigo and magenta reflects. Its from the crystal family. It looks super pretty on top of other shadows and transforms a look.
  • Berry Bite - is a bright berry from the super matte family. Its so beautiful shade!
  • Adagio - is a dark brown from the supper matte family.
  • Zen - is a medium-light rosy nude from the super matte family.
  • Craving - is a duochrome amethyst with fuchsia and peach reflects. Its from the fluid metal family.
  • Honey - is a bright honey from the super matte family.
  • Subliminal - is a vibrant rose copper duochrome with red and gold reflects. Its from the crystal family.
  • Archetype - is a burned bronze duochrome with rose and gold reflects. Its from the fluid metal family.
  • Rosita - is a metallic dusty rose. Its from the fluid metal family and one of my favorites from the palette.
  • Majorelle - is a majorelle blue and is from the duper matte family. Its bit tricky to work with it. When I blend it out it looses its intensity and I have to build in up again.
  • Narrative - is a warm beige from super matte family.
  • Opera - is a warm vine from the super matte family. I love this shade, but I have hard time blending it out. It takes bit longer time, but in the end its worth it.
  • Canvas - is a light custard, from the supper matte family. Its bit too dark for me to be a highlighting shade.

I love these shadows and I can make every single one work for me. Some might take a bit longer to work with, but its worth it. Its not very often that I love every single shadow in the palette, but this palette is one of these rear ones. I love the quality these have and its something I expect from Nabla. They never disappoint me!

I also filmed a makeup look with this palette. Once again I went with warm tones, which is so me. I really should have used more of the blues. I still hope you enjoy this video :)
